Kelvin Chan CFA, FCCA, MRICS

Non-Executive Director, Co-founder & Chairman (Based in Hong Kong)


Kelvin is mainly responsible for oversee Aimpact’s overall performance, supervision and management of our valuation advisory and financial PR services.

Kelvin is also the founder and Chairman of Graval Consulting Limited, which is specialized in providing business consulting and valuation services. Kelvin also worked as an Independent Non-executive Director of two listed companies in Hong Kong. He is not only an experienced financial expert, but also a seasoned entrepreneur with passion to act as business accelerator to help growing startups and SMEs with great potential. Kelvin has built a client base of over a hundred listed companies in Hong Kong, strong business network in the capital market of Hong Kong, and now acts as a mentor for the startup community of Hong Kong Cyberport, the technology hub for growing startups.

Before the establishment of Aimpact and Graval, Kelvin was the core founding member and Director of another consulting and valuation firm, helping it for over 10 years and was in charge of its business and derivative valuation division. Kelvin had also worked as the supervisor of the Electronic Financial Information Division of Sun Hung Kai Financial Group as well as the corporate banking division of a multinational bank.

Kelvin graduated with his Bachelor Degree in BBA (Finance) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1996. Kelvin is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, is a CFA Charterholder and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Daisy Ha

Co-founder & Managing Director (Based in Singapore)


Daisy is responsible for the overall strategic planning, origination, operation, day-to-day supervision management and execution, and business development of Aimpact.

Daisy has accumulated over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, ECM and DCM with rich experience in dealing and executing difference types of corporate finance transaction and capital market transactions. Daisy has established strong global network with international financial institutions, private equity and funds, family offices and high net worth individuals.

Prior to co-founding Aimpact, she has held senior management positions at various large international corporations in Hong Kong and Singapore. From early 2010 to mid 2017, Daisy worked at BOC Aviation based in Singapore, a global leading aircraft leasing company wholly owned by Bank of China. During her time with BOC Aviation, she was one of the key members within capital market team who assisted the company for fund raising and most importantly assisted company obtained investment grade rating from S&P and Fitch in 2012. Since then, Daisy has closed multiple large fund raising transactions in the value of billions dollars relating to Reg S and 144A offering every year. The team she was involved in “Asia Pacific Deal of the Year Award” from Airfinance Journal in 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Daisy was in investment banking with BOC and Optima Capital Limited in Hong Kong, primarily responsible providing corporate finance advisory services to listed companies in Hong Kong and companies who seeking listing in Hong Kong including (i) IPO sponsorship services; (ii) financial advisory services; and (iii) independent financial advisory.

Daisy graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2005 with a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance and executive management program with NUS in 2018.

Thomas Lam

Executive Director & Head of Business Development, ESG Division (Based in Singapore)


Thomas is responsible for our Environment, Social and Governance (“ESG”) reporting and consulting business in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region for listed companies and private companies.

Thomas started his career as a regulator before moving into investment banking handling a variety of corporate actions including IPOs, M&As and fund raising. Thomas then moved to regulatory compliance advisory, focusing on providing advice on corporate governance, sustainability and ESG matters, including acting as a Registered Professional advising on SGX Catalist Listing Rules. Thomas also has experience acting as an independent director of various companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and Bursa Malaysia. In his personal capacity, Thomas is an active Earth Helper volunteer with the Singapore Environment Council.

In his various capacities, he has amassed almost 20 years of experience in the Singapore corporate finance and governance advisory scene. Mr Lam obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in 2002.
