Non-Executive Director, Co-founder & Chairman (Based in Hong Kong)
Kelvin is mainly responsible for oversee Aimpact’s overall performance, supervision and management of our valuation advisory and financial PR services.
Kelvin is also the founder and Chairman of Graval Consulting Limited, which is specialized in providing business consulting and valuation services. Kelvin also plays the role of Independent Non-executive Director of a listed company in Hong Kong. He is not only an experienced financial expert, but also a seasoned entrepreneur with passion to act as business accelerator to help growing startups and SMEs with great potential. Kelvin has built a client base of over a hundred listed companies in Hong Kong, strong business network in the capital market of Hong Kong, and has a good relationship with the top management of Hong Kong Science Park and Hong Kong Cyberport, the technology hubs for growing startups.
Before the establishment of Aimpact and Graval, Kelvin was the core founding member and Director of another consulting and valuation firm, helming it for over 10 years and was in charge of its business and derivative valuation division. Kelvin had also worked as the supervisor of the Electronic Financial Information Division of Sun Hung Kai Financial Group and had worked in the corporate banking division of a multinational bank for three years.
Kelvin graduated with his Bachelor Degree in BBA (Finance) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1996. Kelvin is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, is a CFA Charterholder, a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Co-founder & Managing Director (Based in Singapore)
Daisy is mainly responsible for the overall strategic planning, origination, operation, day-to-day supervision management and execution, and business development of Aimpact.
Daisy has accumulated over 14 years of experience in corporate finance, banking and international capital market with rich experience in dealing and executing difference types of corporate finance transaction and capital market transactions. Daisy has established global network with international financial institutions, private equity and funds, family offices and high net worth individuals.
Prior to co-founding Aimpact, she has held senior management positions at various large international corporations in Hong Kong and Singapore. From early 2010 to mid 2017, Daisy worked at BOC Aviation,based in Singapore, a global leading aircraft leasing company wholly owned by Bank of China. Her last position was Vice President of Treasury (Capital Market). During her time with BOC Aviation, she was one of the key members within capital markets who assisted the company with obtaining investment grade rating from S&P and Fitch in 2012. Since then, Daisy has closed multiple deals in the value of billions dollars relating to Reg S and 144A offering every year. The team she was involved in “Asia Pacific Deal of the Year Award” from Airfinance Journal in 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Daisy worked at BOC Hong Kong from 2009 to 2010 dealing with pre-financing before she relocated to Singapore to work with BOC Aviation. From mid 2005 to early 2009, Daisy worked as senior manager at Optima Capital Limited in Hong Kong, a Type 6 licensee that conducted corporate finance advisory. She was responsible providing corporate finance advisory services to listed companies in Hong Kong and companies seeking to list in Hong Kong including (i) IPO sponsorship services; (ii) financial advisory services; and (iii) independent financial advisory. Daisy has assisted to close one IPO sponsorship (SEHK: 2005) and many financial advisory transactions during her time with Optima.
Daisy graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2005 with a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance.
Harry Yu MBA, HKICPA, FCA
Advisor (Based in Hong Kong)
Harry will act as Advisor to Aimpact. Harry is the Independent Non-Executive Director of Impro Precision Industries Limited (Stock Code: 1286) and China Risun Group Limited (Stock Code: 1907).
Harry joined KPMG Hong Kong in 1991 and was promoted to Partner in 2002. During 1999-2000, Harry worked extensively in Beijing for managing the dual IPO engagements (Hong Kong and Nasdaq) for Sinopec. During 2002-2004, Harry was seconded to KPMG Guangzhou office. He is responsible for managing the business and operation activities for Southern China of KPMG China. His clientele was wide ranging, covering High-Tech, manufacturing, consumer market, retail, FMCG, real estate, pharmaceutical, toll roads and petrochemicals.
Harry had also worked as COO and CFO for different listed and unlisted companies like Golden Meditech Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0801.HK). He is well versed in HK and PRC accounting standards & business regulations and has a proven record in handling financial due diligence work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), group restructuring and IPOs.
Harry is now a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is a Registered Auditor in the Macau Special Administrative Region.
Head of Business Development & Property Consultancy (Based in Singapore)
Lawrence is mainly responsible for our business development of Aimpact, in particular overseeing capital markets related to the property sector and exploration of business opportunities in Singapore and nearby countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Lawrence has more than 15 years' solid experience in property consultancy businesses. He is experienced in managing the real estate appraisal and consulting businesses across Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, the PRC and Asian. Prior to joining us, Lawrence has worked in various international real estate surveying companies with extensive experience in valuing various types of assets including but not limited to all common property types, leisure properties, infrastructure works such as plants, power stations, airports and land parcels, etc. In addition, he has undertaken valuations for the flotation of several substantial IPO, mergers and acquisitions, financing, arbitration and litigation, feasibility study and financial reporting purposes.
Lawrence was also credited with several successful and well-known IPOs including Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Vinda International Holdings Ltd, Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited, Kaishi China Holdings Group Co., Limited and Tenfu (Caymen) Holdings Company Limited.
He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), Registered Professional Surveyors (RPS) in the General Practice Section and is a member of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA).
